- The same map redesigned, with each step marked as drafted by AI, checked by AI, sorted by AI, or kept with your team.
- The risks of each AI step for confidentiality and accuracy, and who reviews the output.
- The prompts or settings to use in the tools you already have, whether that is Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Copilot or ChatGPT.
- An estimate of the hours the new process frees each month.

Then a 45-minute walkthrough with your team, so the people who will run the new process can ask their questions before they start.
After the review
After that your team can apply the plan on its own. If you want help with a second process or with the rollout, we scope it separately.
