The process review / 01
One process, looked at step by step.
A fixed-scope review of one recurring process in your firm, done remotely, with a written plan for using AI in the tools you already have.
What the process
review includes.
Four parts, the same for every firm. What changes is the process we look at and the plan that comes out of it.
Example / onboarding a new client
Follow the review
- 01
Pick the process
In the first call we choose one process that repeats every week and costs hours, for example onboarding a new client or preparing an engagement letter.
- 02
Read how it works today
You share a few sample documents with sensitive data removed, and we walk through the process together in one video session of about 90 minutes.
- 03
Redesign it with AI
We map each step and mark what AI can draft, check or sort, what stays with your people, and where the risks are for confidentiality and accuracy.
- 04
Hand over a written plan
You receive a short report with the new process, the prompts or settings to use in your current tools, and an estimate of the hours it frees each month.

step map looks like.
Illustrative example: onboarding a new client. Every firm’s map is different.
| Step in the process | After the review |
|---|---|
| Collect client details from the intake form | AI drafts the client record, staff confirm it |
| Ask for missing documents | AI writes the request from your checklist, staff send it |
| Check the documents received | AI flags what is missing or unreadable, staff decide |
| Conflict check and engagement letter | Stays with your people |

Questions / 06
Questions firms
usually ask.
01Do you need access to our systems or client data?
No. You decide which sample documents to share and you remove names and confidential details first. The review looks at how the process runs, and your clients’ data stays with you.
02Will we need to buy new software?
The review starts from the tools you already have. If a step really needs something new, the report says so and explains why, and the decision stays with you.
03How much time does it take from our team?
About three hours in total: the first call, the video session and the final walkthrough, plus the time to collect a few sample documents.
04How long until we get the report?
About three weeks from the video session.
05What does it cost?
The review has a fixed price agreed before we start, based on the process we choose. We talk about it in the first call.
06What happens after the review?
Your team can apply the plan on its own. If you want help with a second process or with the rollout, we can scope it separately.
Start with a 20-minute call.
Write to mattia@mullionstudio.com with a line on your firm and two or three times that work for you. If a review makes sense, we agree on scope and price in the same call.
