What is usually missing
Most of these firms already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and many have added Copilot or ChatGPT licenses. What is usually missing is someone sitting down with one process, step by step, and deciding which parts AI can draft, check or sort, and which parts should stay with people.
How the review runs
That is the whole job. We pick one process together, such as client intake, document collection or proposal drafting. We walk through it with your team in one 90-minute video session, using a few sample documents you have redacted.
About three weeks later you get a written plan with the redesigned steps, the prompts or settings to use in your current tools, and an estimate of the hours it frees each month.
The work is remote, and we never log into your systems.
