A process review takes about three hours of your team’s time.
- 20 minutes for the first call, where we choose the process.
- 90 minutes for the video session, where the people who run it show us how it works today.
- 45 minutes for the final walkthrough of the written plan.
On top of that, the time to collect and redact a few sample documents.
What happens in between
The report arrives about three weeks after the video session. In between, the work is on our side: mapping the steps, deciding what AI can do in each one with the tools you already use, and writing the plan.
