What he does
The part of AI projects that comes before any software.
Mattia works on understanding how a company actually works, choosing the processes where AI saves real hours, and deciding what people keep in their hands.
Over the last years he has scoped and designed AI programs for companies in Italy, from 30-person product teams to companies with several hundred office staff. That work has included process mappings, skills assessments for whole departments, training programs built around specific roles, and AI agents that read documents or answer the phone, built together with engineers.

Based in Milan, Italy. Works in English and Italian, with sessions scheduled during US Eastern business hours. Mullion Studio is a small studio: the person you speak with on the first call is the person who does the review.
