Firms ask the same question early on: do you need access to our systems or client data?
No. The review looks at how the process runs, and it does not need your clients’ files.
What we work from
In practice you choose a handful of sample documents, for example an intake form, an engagement letter and an email thread. You remove names, account numbers and anything confidential. We work from those samples and from one recorded video session with the people who run the process.
What the recommendations respect
Everything we recommend has to work inside the tools you already have, with the data protection settings you already rely on. When a step touches confidential information, the report says so and explains what AI should leave alone.
We set the review up this way because professional firms carry confidentiality obligations to their clients, and a first AI project should not require changing them.
